Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance
BHALO is deeply committed to supporting communities in times of crisis, both locally and internationally. Our Disaster Relief Program provides immediate assistance to individuals and families affected by natural disasters, fires, and other emergencies. From organizing food and clothing drives to distributing emergency supplies and medical aid, our team mobilizes quickly to deliver critical support where it’s needed most. In addition to our work in Queens and across New York City, BHALO has extended humanitarian relief abroad, sending aid to countries impacted by floods, cyclones, and humanitarian crises. Each effort reflects our core values of compassion, solidarity, and service, ensuring that no community faces hardship alone. Through our dedicated volunteers, partners, and donors, BHALO continues to stand at the forefront of disaster response, helping families rebuild and recover with dignity and hope.
